When choosing a realtor one should always look for someone who has a proven track record, is well educated, is totally proffesional, responds promptly to your inquires and needs, is realistic in understanding what is and more importantly what is not achievable when working a real estate transaction.The realtor should demonstrate a superior knowledge of the local real estate market. I also look for someone who is able to assit with all levels of real estate from low to high. I thought it would take four to six months to find the property. Laura found it in three weeks !
